4 Steps to Finding & Validating Your Course Topic

(So You Know It’ll Sell)

A proven 4-step method to finding a profitable course topic that your audience will pay good money for.

The literal minute I heard that New York City was to be blessed with a pop-up Museum of Ice Cream this past summer, I bought tickets. Nothing has ever sounded so incredibly New York to me. Because how unnecessary (and suddenly so necessary) is a Museum of Ice Cream?

Needless to say, I really enjoyed the hour I spent there and would like you all to live vicariously through the photos I took!

1st Room

Scoop of the week! This week’s was Boysenberry Rose Milk Jam with Homemade Crumb from NYC’s McConnell’s Ice Cream.

So delicious.

2nd room

Edible balloons made from spun sugar! These were mostly fun because of the helium inside (I’m 23 and still thoroughly entertained by the chipmunk voice).

I also loved this room because of the walls covered in ice cream cones and ice cream scoopers.

3rd room

The infamous pool of sprinkles! This room was by far the most Instagrammed. Obviously I got my own picture 🙂

4th room

Synsepalum dulcificum – a fruit that makes sour things taste sweet. After the candy dissolved, the staff gave me a couple of lemon slices – all of which tasted like sweet candied lemon 🙂

…Aaaaand that’s the story of the worst sugar crash of my life. Worth it.

This looks like soooo much fun 😀 Am I understanding correctly that the museum is not there on a permantent basis? Now I’m sad 🙁 But with your post it’s almost as though I’ve been there, haha.

Sadly, you’re understanding correctly 🙁 It was a pop-up museum this past summer and only open for about three months. At least you were able to live vicariously through my photos!

Thanks so much for reading, Jacky! 🙂
